Really great experience there. Clean and wonderful place, savoury and tasty breakfast with a huge variety of options. Marvellous location so close to the central square and the cathedral and the zone “ Centro ” close to lots of historical buildings, quick check-in. 10 minutes walk to Torre Latinoamericana Skyscraper. A huge variety of great food at breakfast time. Good customer care, parking in the hotel.

The room was clean and well-lit, had air conditioning, and the staff was extremely friendly.

We had a pleasant stay at this old-fashioned hotel. the breakfast was large. - the staff was amiable. - It offered us a marvelous and beautiful location adjacent to the city's Zocalo, the hop on hop off bus stop, other walking tours, and eateries.

There is a room with a study table, a private entrance, and a TV with various channels, along with an extremely comfy bed, and a fantastic view of the cathedral.

We asked for a blanket at reception because we had been cold the first night. We were given a very small blanket for the KS bed we had, and it was a very thin blanket. For the quality of the hotel, I would have expected a warm and adequate blanket. I hope you can review this detail for the winter season.
